Using 100% essential oils, each fragrance has been carefully blended to be used in your electric aromatherapy diffuser or candle oil burner.

Use 3 to 8 drops, diluted in water.

• Begin No 1, is an uplifting and invigorating blend of geranium, dill seed, bay and bergamot
• Nurture No 2 is a self care blend of geranium, petitgrain and frankincense
• Pause No 3a is a refreshing blend of eucalyptus, frankincense, lemon, vetiver and petitgrain
• Grounded No 4 is a warm woody and earthy blend of black pepper, nutmeg, clary sage and cinnamon
• Rest No 5 is a calming and balancing blend of clary sage, ylang ylang, patchouli and petitgrain
• Epiphany No 6 is a festive blend of frankincense, myrrh, clove bud, sweet orange, juniper berry and black pepper
