Wine tasting notes

This is a classic Martinborough Sauvignon Blanc with a broad fruit spectrum and gentle balanced acidity. Grapes from two different vineyard sites within the Martinborough region were harvested and fermented separately to retain their distinctive characters. A pungent, lifted nose with tropical aromas ofpassion fruit and fresh herbs. The mouthfeel ishighly textured with deep, ripe fruits that flow through to a fine dry finish.
