Louis is continuing the family’s link with the region and focusing on the styles the region does well.

Deliciously tangy edges to the ripe pear/peach fruits threaded with nutmeg and cinnamon spices. Finely creamed texture and softy nutty elements reflect partial ferment in seasoned French oak; balanced acids provide a natural buoyancy and food friendliness.
