– Kindly place your order at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for order processing.
– This product will be delivered within the next 48 hours between 9am-6pm of your recipient’s country’s time.

– Substitution of items with the same or higher value may occur on some occasions to ensure that delivery will be fulfilled within the delivery period.
– Prices are subject to change on festive seasons such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Chinese New Year and other big festive occasions.
– Fresh fruits are dependent on seasonal availability.

– There will be a 50% charge of the amount paid for cancellations made 2 days before a delivery has been made.
– There will be no refunds in the event that the delivery has already been made.
– Recipients address must be correct and please ensure that someone is there to receive the gift. If for any reason recipient is not at the point of delivery, a re-delivery charge of SGD$15 will be imposed for each subsequent attempt to deliver your orders.
