Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this sparkling wine is made in the image of a ‘blanc de blancs’ Champagne, albeit with a more fruit-driven New World edge, owing to the long ripening of the specially selected Chardonnay clones on Hawke’s Bay’s alluvial river terraces.
