Wine tasting notes

Pepperjack Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from premium vineyards throughout the Barossa. Parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon selected for Pepperjack have bright red and blue berried fruit flavours and fine talky tannins. The fruit is fermented for up to fourteen days depending on the parcel of fruit, and then aged for 12 to 15 months in a mix of French and American Oak.

Aromas of ripe dark berry fruits, black currants and plums with mint and varietal leafy notes. The palate is plush with lots of flavour balanced by fine textural tannins.
