Wine tasting notes

Ripe and nicely perfumed, this wine shows beautiful aromas of pear and honeysuckle with a touch of ginger. The palate is richly textured with a balanced sweetness, crisp acidity and a pleasant long finish.

After gently pressing, the juice was cool settled and later the clear juice racked to tank for a cool fermentation. All of the above allowed for preserved fruit purity and enhanced aromatics. Post ferment, the wine was left on yeast lees and stirred to add texture and mouthfeel. It was then blended and prepared for bottling
