About Yu Yan
Yu Yan is a traditional craft tea brand with over 500 acres of tea gardens nestled in the misty, renowned Wuyi Mountains. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality teas while preserving time-honored techniques and continuously embracing innovation.
Since 2005, Yu Yan has operated a direct store in Malaysia, specializing in authentic Wuyi rock teas, Jianyang white teas, and Tongmuguan black teas. Our teas are carefully selected and expertly crafted from Wuyi Mountain, ensuring every cup captures the pure essence of the leaf.
From planting to packaging, every step is personally overseen by the Yu Yan team. Whether you are a beginner or a tea connoisseur, Yu Yan offers a diverse range of teasfrom refreshing white teas to rich and aromatic Wuyi rock teas.
Enjoying a cup of Yu Yan tea is not only a delightful taste experience but also beneficial for your health and relaxation. Our teas invite you to immerse yourself in tea culture, seasons, and the hard work of dedicated farmers.
With 500 acres of our own tea plantations, we harvest once a year and adhere strictly to traditional manual charcoal roasting methods. This process enhances the teas aroma and flavor, while reducing caffeine and irritants.
From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, charcoal roasting transforms the teas nature from cold to mild, making it especially suitable for those with a cold constitution.
